５．業務の委託

当社はお客様にサービスを提供するにあたり、その業務の一部を委託し、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で業務委託先に対して個人情報を提供することがあります。その場合には業務委託先との間で個人情報の取扱いに関する契約を締結すると共に、委託先への必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

当社は次の通りお客様の個人情報を共同利用します。 共同して利用する者の範囲： グループ会社 イースタン・カーライナー株式会社 ECLエージェンシー株式会社 利用する者の利用目的：

  1. 共同して利用する会社の提供するサービスについて、お客様からのお問合せ、ご利用申込、その他お申し出があった場合に担当会社へ伝達・引き継ぎを行うため
  2. 共同して利用する会社が取扱うサービスの提供のため

② ご要望に沿えない場合

以下の場合には開示・訂正等のご請求に応じることができないことがあります。
